For items available for immediate purchase, please allow 2-3 days for processing. After your order has been processed, I offer complimentary shipping via USPS First Class.

Currently I offer complimentary domestic shipping to the United States.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?

Your piece is first elegantly packaged within a gift box, tied with satin ribbon, sealed with our signature wax stamp logo, and ready to give as a gift ( or to gift to yourself! ) Then your piece is placed within a high strength shipping box for extra secure shipping.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition items may be returned accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund. After 30 days, merchandise will not be accepted for a refund unless defective. Please note that all shipping fees for returns are at the customers expense.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY NEEDS REPAIRING?

I stand by the quality of my work and want you to enjoy your piece for years to come. Please inspect your piece upon arrival. I will gladly repair any damage due to defects. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date accompanied by original sales receipt to be eligible for replacement date. After 30 days from the original purchase date, all defects will be processed and charged a repair fee. Please note that my return/repair policy does not cover accidental damage or negligence, items being lost or stolen, or natural tarnishing that occurs over time.
